Grounds Maintenance

Landscape and grounds maintenance to a wide variety and size of properties from small apartment blocks through to 60 acre parkland settings.

Safety Checks

Regular testing of fire alarms; smoke vents and lift lines using our in-house app and bar coded equipment within the blocks for accurate recording. The information is then securely stored in an off site database with the facility for automatic reporting to resident directors or property managers so that you know that your safety systems are working properly.

Outdoor Safety Checks

Playground and water course inspections using our in-house app and bar coding of the equipment to ensure accuracy. The information is then securely stored in an off site database with the facility for automatic reporting to resident directors or property managers so that you know that your playgrounds have been checked regularly in the event of an incident.

Record Keeping

We record all of our inspections through our in-house app and store the inspection records in a secure, off-site database so that your inspection records can be recalled instanstly in the event of an incident.
