AS part fo the standard caretaking services of grounds maintenance and cleaning, we report back to you weekly against agreed schedule of works including landscape management plans so that you know the work is being done.
We check the safety of the buildings, equipment and play areas and have automated reporting systems so that you can always confirm that appropriate checks have been carried out.
In addition we can be on call to respond to emergency situations and be called upon to investigate slip and trip claims as they arise.
We identify and fix minor repair items around the development saving time and cost and can identify and report issues back to you that we cannot fix so that other contractors can be called in.
If required, we can check on those contractors works, saving you the trouble of having to make a special visit to the development.

Playground Inspections

AOV Checks
Bar coded AOV's and Apps that record when and where the test was done, automatically saved to off site secure databases and reports sent to the Property manager automatically with failure notifications sent as Urgent Jobs.
Lift Line Checks
Bar coded lifts that record when and where the test was done, automatically saved to off site secure databases and reports sent to the Property manager automatically.
Water Course Inspections
