Service Delivery & Support

Can CPC take over from another contractor mid-contract?

Yes, in many cases we can support a transition from an existing contractor, subject to the current contract position, site requirements and mobilisation timescales.

We regularly help property managers review service gaps, understand what is required on site, and put a practical handover plan in place. Where needed, we can carry out an initial site review, identify priority issues and agree a phased approach to bringing standards back in line.

Do you provide photos after visits?

Yes. Where agreed as part of the service, CPC can provide photographic evidence, visit records and site observations to help property managers maintain visibility.

This is particularly useful for grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, repairs, safety checks and compliance-related works, where clear records help reduce chasing and support communication with residents, directors and stakeholders.

Can CPC support multiple regions?

Yes. CPC operates across England and Wales, with regional teams supporting managing agents, residential developments, commercial sites and wider property portfolios.

Our structure allows us to support both individual sites and multi-region portfolios, while maintaining local accountability through our regional management teams.

Can CPC attend director or RMC meetings?

Yes, where appropriate. CPC can attend meetings with directors, RMCs, RTM companies or property management teams to discuss service standards, site concerns, planned works, compliance support or proposed improvements.

This can be particularly helpful where a site requires additional explanation, a change of service approach, or reassurance around ongoing standards and communication.

How do you handle resident complaints?

Resident complaints are taken seriously and reviewed in line with the site, service specification and any evidence available.

Where concerns are raised, CPC will liaise with the property manager, review the issue, speak with the relevant team where required, and agree any appropriate action. Our aim is to respond constructively, resolve issues quickly and reduce repeat complaints through better communication and follow-up.

What happens if standards drop?

If standards fall below the expected level, CPC will review the issue and agree corrective action with the property manager.

This may include a supervisor or manager site visit, additional team briefing, follow-up checks, photographs, revised instructions or a review of the service specification if the site requirements have changed. Our focus is on accountability, quick resolution and restoring confidence.

Are RAMS, insurance and accreditations available?

Yes. CPC can provide relevant risk assessments, method statements, insurance documentation and accreditation details where required.

These documents can support onboarding, compliance reviews, contractor approval processes and ongoing site management. Requirements can vary depending on the service, site and scope of works.

Can CPC provide portfolio-level reporting?

Yes. CPC can support portfolio-level visibility across multiple sites, helping property managers and clients review service delivery, completed works, outstanding actions and recurring issues.

Reporting requirements can be agreed depending on the service type, number of sites and customer needs. This can be particularly valuable for managing agents overseeing larger portfolios or multiple regions.

Do you cover England and Wales?

Yes. CPC operates across England and Wales, supporting managing agents, residential developments, commercial properties and mixed-use sites.

Our regional structure helps us provide local operational support while maintaining consistent service standards across wider portfolios.

Can services be combined under one monthly contract?

Yes. Where suitable, CPC can combine multiple services under one agreed contract or service arrangement.

This may include grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, caretaking, reactive repairs, safety checks and compliance support. Combining services can help simplify management, improve communication and give property managers one trusted partner across multiple site needs.
