From local operational teams through to regional leadership and specialist support functions, our people play a key role in delivering the professionalism, communication and accountability that CPC is known for.

Founders
Adrian Povey
With more than 20 years of experience in the property management sector, Adrian remains a highly respected figure within the industry. Alongside his former business partner, he built Chamonix Estates from the ground up into a nationally recognised managing agent responsible for more than 65,000 residential units across the UK.
Following the acquisition of Chamonix Estates, Adrian continued supporting Property Managers through the growth and development of Community Property Care. As Owner, he remains closely involved in shaping the company's direction, customer relationships and service standards.
Adrian's leadership continues to influence CPC's culture today, with a strong emphasis on accountability, communication and long-term partnerships. Alongside CPC, he also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Antidote LDN and is Owner and Director of Antidote Apparel Ltd.

Adam Wanklyn
Adam's journey within the property management and property services sector spans more than 17 years, having worked alongside Adrian Povey since the early days of Chamonix Estates.
Starting in frontline operational roles working directly on sites, Adam progressed through the business into senior leadership. This experience gives him a unique understanding of both service delivery and the day-to-day challenges Property Managers face.
Today, Adam leads CPC's operational strategy, culture and performance across the UK. Known for his energetic leadership style, he enjoys developing people, bringing teams together and creating an environment where individuals feel supported to succeed.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, Adam remains focused on delivering high standards, trusted relationships and practical solutions that genuinely make customers' lives easier.

Regional leadership team
Alex Shier
Alex has been a key part of CPC's growth for over six years. With a background in ecology and environmental services, he brings a broader perspective to estate management, balancing presentation, maintenance and long-term sustainability.
Known for his collaborative approach and ability to build trusted relationships, Alex works closely with customers and operational teams to ensure high standards and consistent service delivery.

Donald Rowan
Having started in a frontline operational role more than ten years ago, Donald has progressed through the business into regional leadership through hard work, consistency and a strong commitment to customer service.
His operational background gives him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by both Property Managers and site teams, helping him provide proactive support across the Midlands region.
Known For: Reliability, team development and getting things done.
Scott Cheesman
Scott has been part of CPC for more than eight years and has played an important role in developing the South East region. Drawing on previous management experience within the hospitality sector, he brings strong communication, leadership and customer service skills to the role.
Scott believes great service starts with great people and works hard to create an environment where teams feel supported, trusted and empowered to succeed.

Lisa Neave
Lisa progressed through CPC from an operational role on the vans to Regional Manager, giving her a strong understanding of both customer expectations and frontline service delivery.
Communication sits at the heart of Lisa's leadership style. Her approachable nature and commitment to building trusted relationships have helped strengthen customer partnerships across the South region.

Rikki Howden
Rikki has progressed through CPC from operational roles into regional leadership and has built a reputation for consistency, professionalism and supporting those around him.
Following completion of the Crestcom Leadership and Management Programme, Rikki continues to strengthen both his region and the teams he supports through a calm, measured leadership approach.

Chris Sheavill
Chris joined CPC with over 12 years of management experience and has become a key figure within one of the company's largest regions.
Known for his organised and detail-focused approach, Chris has earned the trust of customers and colleagues through his commitment to high standards, consistency and operational excellence.

Leadership team
John Bettess
John joined CPC bringing extensive technical and operational experience across maintenance, compliance and specialist services.
Since joining the business, he has played an important role in developing CPC's repairs and compliance capabilities, supporting technician development and expanding service offerings.

Craig Hulbert
Craig has worked alongside CPC's leadership team for more than 17 years across both property management and property services.
His extensive financial and commercial knowledge supports the business across planning, reporting, performance and long-term growth, helping ensure CPC continues to grow sustainably while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Grant Lane
Grant has been part of CPC for more than seven years and has built a reputation for creating trusted relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
As CPC's Business Partnership Manager, he works closely with both new and existing customers, helping ensure a smooth customer journey and supporting long-term partnerships built on trust and communication.
